If you were to ask me to define who the “real me” is, this outfit would seriously say it all. The “real Lydia” is a southern girl who wears her heart on her sleeve. Clad in a t-shirt and jeans (and comfy shoes – sneakers preferred), her dream is to really make a difference in this world…and help change lives for the better.
Hmm…reminds me of a song…
The real me is a southern girl
With her Levis on and an open heart
Wish I could save the world
Wish I could save the world
Like I was super girl
– from Jessica Simpson’s “With You”
That’s right…Jessica Simpson and I…we’re truly two peas in a pod. Scary…
She’s not one for false pretenses. She would rather let her actions and words speak for themselves…but still finds it necessary to post photos of her outfits for all the world to see? (Obviously, a lot of eye-rolling is going on right now.) She accepts others for who they are, because she hopes to receive the same unconditional acceptance from others.
Oh…and the jacket…because she hates the cold. And the pockets help…because she hates carrying purses and bags. Sorry…nothing deep or meaningful there.
See? Doesn’t the outfit just say it all?
