Happy Sunday, folks! Hope you had a restful weekend thus far. As for me, between the golf outing yesterday and the shouting/partying neighbors in the building in the OTHER SIDE OF THE LAKE (yes…THAT loud), it has been less than relaxing, to say the least. Hence, this outfit. This would be as close to wearing pajamas in public as I could get – the dress is THAT comfortable! And with the day being so hot, the fact the dress did not cling to my body in any way, shape, or form was definitely a positive. Only negative? Apparently, the dress wrinkles easily…today was the first day I wore this dress since I ironed it, and look at it now!
One additional piece of news from this weekend – I have cheated on my month-long shopping hiatus. Today, I went to New York & Company and purchased two pairs of dress/work pants. I am ashamed to say I couldn’t make it to the end of the month without purchasing something. However, with no work-appropriate pants left that actually fit me (remember THIS post?) and the store having a “Buy One, Get One Free” sale on all pants and jeans, I couldn’t pass up on such a great deal.
